50 Years History

New 2021, On September 5, CSSC Chengxi Xinrong Shipping Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of CSSC, officially changed its name to CSSC Chengxi (Taizhou) Equipment Technology Co., Ltd., and held the groundbreaking ceremony of the first batch of LNG tank container manufacturing project, which marked CET formal entry into the cryogenic pressure vessel market.

Since 2007

CSSC Chengxi Shipyard Co., Ltd. was officially established. At the beginning of its establishment, it took "strengthening ship repair, moderately building ships and expanding non-ships" as its strategic goal.

Our Plant

In 2020, CSSC - CET invested 25 million US Dollars to build a automatic LNG tank container line to suit market requirements. The design capacity is 2,000 units (take 40ft as reference) per year.

The company's LNG tank container production workshop covers an area of about 43,000 m2, painting workshop covers an area of about 10,000 m2.

The world's advanced tank container production line is equipped with more than 200 advanced cutting, welding, logistics, nesting, assembly, flaw detection, coating and other production equipment, the company has realized the professional, automatic and intelligent production line from blanking, manufacturing, assembly to coating, and its manufacturing technology has reached the leading level of the industry.

Relying on the technical support of many research institutes under the CSSC, the company has a strong technology research capabilities and strong financial strength, which has created superior conditions for the realization of large-scale undertaking and manufacturing of LNG tank containers.

Some engineers have more than 20years experience in LNG tank field.

Quality Control

The company has all kinds of advanced production equipment, and has been accredited and certified by LR, BV, RMRS, DNV and CCS with QMS, EMS and OHSMS, also obtained certificate of authorization issued by ASME and production license of special equipment (tank container C2) issued by State Administration for Market Regulation.

Testing & Inspection

Every tank is witnessed with hydraulic test, air tight test, radiography test, etc. The comprehensive testing means and strong scientific and research ability can provide powerful support for process control and trial production of new products.
